This experienced eDiscovery Program Manager leads strategic and operational initiatives within an eDiscovery function. The work spans eDiscovery, legal operations, audit, compliance, and risk. You will manage delivery, data quality, access management, documentation, and ongoing control effectiveness across regulated operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional eDiscovery initiatives from planning through implementation
- Manage audit remediation plans, controls, documentation, and evidence
- Coordinate stakeholders, priorities, timelines, and project deliverables
- Support data quality, reconciliation, access management, and audit trails
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and remediation activities
Requirements:
- Five or more years in eDiscovery, audit, compliance, or risk
- Strong project and program management experience
- Experience managing audit remediation and evidence gathering
- Familiarity with the end-to-end EDRM and eDiscovery lifecycle
- Understanding of access controls, data quality, and control documentation
