This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, creative individual looking to take ownership of marketing activities and lead a small, dynamic team. Fully officed based position working Monday to Friday 8.45 - 5.15.
About the Role As Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing both digital and traditional marketing strategies. This is a fully office-based position, offering variety, creativity, and leadership responsibilities within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns
Manage and monitor multi-channel campaigns (traditional and digital)
Create engaging content across social media, newsletters, and PR
Drive lead generation initiatives and oversee PPC activity
Analyse performance and ROI of campaigns
Conduct competitor and market analysis
Lead and mentor a small team, delivering 1-2-1s, appraisals, and ongoing support
Collaborate with external agencies where required
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing
Strong copywriting and social media management skills
A creative mindset with excellent communication skills
Team leadership and workflow management experience
Hands-on experience with PPC and content strategy
Experience of B2C and B2B environments
Working within a FCA regulated environment would be desirable
