Drive manufacturing improvement at Infasco Nut in Mississauga using World Class Manufacturing principles and project management expertise. Corporate travel is required for this position.
As Continuous Improvement Supervisor, you will manage projects assigned by the General Manager and Operations Manager. You will engage hourly and salaried employees across multiple levels. The work covers plant operations, maintenance, EHS, CTPAT, and onboarding improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead manufacturing improvements guided by WCM principles
- Manage continuous improvement projects assigned by operations leaders
- Develop KPIs for plant operations
- Improve plant maintenance and onboarding processes
- Coordinate MEA activities with Corporate
Requirements:
- Two to five years in continuous improvement, operations, engineering, or manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or recognized equivalent qualification
- Project Management experience in manufacturing environments
- Valid driver's license and passport, with willingness to travel
- Proficiency in MS Office, analytical skills, and communication abilities
