The Advisor Solutions Manager supports selected independent insurance advisors within PPI's national Sales Enablement team. You will act as an intermediary, spotting new cases and referring complex matters to regional teams. Success requires relationship-building, product knowledge, virtual communication, and disciplined activity tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver proactive and reactive support to selected advisors
- Spot new cases and refer complex matters regionally
- Align internal and external resources for sales growth
- Update Recruitment and Activity Trackers regularly
- Maintain current industry, product, and marketplace knowledge
Requirements:
- Four or more years of financial services industry experience
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and align resources
- Strong virtual communication and relationship-building skills
- Professionalism managing varied personalities and situations
- Ability to comply with legislation, guidelines, and standards
