As a Talent Management Advisor, you will lead initiatives that identify, develop, engage, and prepare organizational talent. You will enhance performance management, succession planning, internal mobility, skills-based talent management, and employer branding. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic talent management mandates from definition through implementation
- Translate business needs into practical talent solutions
- Analyze practices, data, and trends for clear recommendations
- Collaborate with Talent and Culture, analytics, systems, and business partners
- Manage deliverables, priorities, risks, dependencies, and timelines
Requirements:
- Seven or more years of experience, including human resources experience
- Significant involvement in large-scale, cross-functional projects
- Strong analytical, synthesis, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate-to-advanced English and advanced French proficiency
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adjust priorities structurally
