Lead process transformation with artificial intelligence and strategic project management at iA Financial Group in Québec City, working onsite three to four days weekly. Shape initiatives from ideation through Phase 0 while collaborating with multidisciplinary experts. As a Senior Project Manager, you will coordinate high-impact initiatives within approximately 90-day transformation cycles. You will structure innovative solutions, adapt delivery methods, and transfer projects to execution teams. The work requires collaboration across business sectors, IT teams, and governance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify upcoming mandates with management and prepare teams for delivery
- Coordinate projects from mandate definition through Phase 0
- Organize transfers to execution teams and align sector portfolios
- Facilitate planning, follow-up, retrospective, and governance workshops
- Monitor progress, risks, issues, action plans, and change management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Leadership of at least four large-scale strategic projects
- Experience managing cross-functional, strategically important business initiatives
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and conflict-management skills
- Excellent French and intermediate English proficiency; certification is an asset
