As Director, IT Service Delivery, Talent and Culture, Treasury and Banking Services, you will deliver technology solutions aligned with business needs. You will lead delivery teams, managers and architecture advisors while managing information assets. The position emphasizes service continuity, collaboration and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary contact for IT services across assigned sectors Advise partners on software, cloud and reusable technology solutions Lead delivery against quality standards, timelines and budgets Oversee security, vendors, financial data and compliance Advance responsible artificial intelligence across IT delivery lifecycle Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant discipline At least 10 years of extensive information technology experience Experience managing teams, projects and managers Knowledge of DevOps, Agile, Lean and software lifecycles Experience delivering generative artificial intelligence or automation initiatives Bring technology leadership, service continuity and responsible artificial intelligence expertise to iA Financial Group’s Canadian operations.
