Within Global Client Experience, this Business Analyst supports strategic growth and performance initiatives. You will work with Growth Hub, Analytics, Data, Salesforce Hub, Marketing, and Martech teams. The work covers customer journeys, personalization, cross-selling, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce performance analyses for campaigns and growth initiatives
- Identify trends, opportunities, gaps, and success factors
- Develop and monitor indicators, dashboards, and tracking
- Prepare summaries and presentations for stakeholders
- Assess performance after solutions are implemented
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing, campaigns, analytics, growth, or customer experience
- Strong analytical skills and business recommendation capabilities
- Advanced Excel proficiency for analysis and reporting
- Comfort with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Intermediate English for documentation and stakeholder collaboration
