Lead complex wastewater construction for Industra Construction Corp. in an onsite Superintendent role requiring safety leadership and hands-on field expertise. Industra is hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent for Metro Vancouver’s sanitary forcemain replacement project. You will direct crews, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain safe execution across open-cut HDPE pipe, trenchless crossing, bypass pumping, live tie-ins, and gas main relocation. The work serves Metro Vancouver and runs through a residential neighbourhood.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily site operations according to plans and specifications
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and internal field crews
- Execute shutdowns, tie-ins, and complex construction sequencing
- Enforce safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Complete reports, RFIs, inspections, and Procore documentation
Requirements:
- 10+ years of construction experience
- Senior foreman or Superintendent-level experience
- Extensive wastewater treatment plant construction experience
- Experience managing complex scopes, shutdowns, and active-facility tie-ins
- Red Seal or equivalent trade certification required
- Bring wastewater expertise, crew leadership, and site coordination skills to Industra’s Metro Vancouver infrastructure project.
