You will code invoices, record expenses, reconcile vendor accounts, and support period-end activities. The position suits candidates with one to three years of accounts payable, accounting, or related finance experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Code vendor invoices to general ledger accounts and cost centers
- Perform three-way matching for purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
- Prepare weekly cheque runs and accounting software batch payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve disputed payables regularly
- Maintain vendor records, invoices, and finance files
Requirements:
- One to three years of relevant finance or accounting experience
- Accounting or Finance certificate or degree preferred
- Attention to detail processing high-volume data accurately
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and tasks independently
