Retail store design and CAD expertise define this full-time, 12-month contract with Indigo. Shape environments that elevate customer and employee experiences. The Designer, Store Design develops Indigo retail concepts consistent with brand and business goals. This full-time contract reports to the Manager, Store Design and supports new store projects. The work combines commercial interior design, construction drawings, fixture development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support new store designs and manage concept development drawings
- Produce CAD fixture floorplans and three-dimensional renderings
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, fabricators, and suppliers
- Apply Indigo Store Design standards across projects
- Maintain fixture drawings, floorplans, photographs, and materials library
Requirements:
- Minimum five years’ professional commercial interior design experience
- Degree or diploma in interior design, architecture, or equivalent
- Expert CAD and three-dimensional rendering skills
- Construction drawing, detailing, and administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Sketch-Up
