As a Customer Experience Representative, you will connect customers with Indigo's brand and products. You will support store operations through inventory, merchandising, and merchandise processing. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers on the sales floor
- Use products to tell meaningful stories
- Conduct cycle counts and replenish stock
- Process returns and incoming merchandise
- Create visually appealing product displays
Requirements:
- Specialty or general retail experience preferred
- Adaptability and willingness to learn store operations
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor
- Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds safely
- Availability for 5AM starts and flexible schedules
