Lead global dermatology and rheumatology clinical portfolios from a home-based position, applying deep project management and therapeutic expertise. Indero seeks a hands-on Project Director to oversee programs, portfolios, and Project Managers across clinical studies. This specialized CRO role requires expertise spanning study start-up through closure, functional services, vendors, budgets, and multinational delivery. Dermatology or rheumatology trial experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee portfolios, programs, and assigned Project Managers
- Ensure studies meet therapeutic, client, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Represent Indero with customers and communicate program deliverables
- Review study budgets, expenses, timelines, and tracking tools
- Lead risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and proposal strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in a relevant discipline
- At least 10 years clinical project management experience
- At least 15 years industry experience and five CRO years
- Dermatology or rheumatology trial experience
- Knowledge of GCP and Health Canada and FDA regulations
- Bring therapeutic leadership, multinational trial oversight, and clinical project expertise to Indero’s dermatology and rheumatology portfolio.
