As Senior Commercial Counsel, you will advise Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success while negotiating customer agreements. You will counsel Product and Engineering on products, features, launches, and go-to-market activities. The work covers identity, biometric, and fraud-prevention technology sold into regulated industries. Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate customer commercial agreements Own deals through redlines, resolution, and execution Advise teams on product legal and regulatory risks Monitor North American privacy and biometric developments Guide marketing communications and responsible AI governance Requirements:
Juris Doctor or equivalent and United States bar admission Seven or more years of commercial technology transactions experience Complex customer agreement negotiation and closing experience Working knowledge of North American data privacy law Experience serving highly regulated industry customers Bring commercial judgment, privacy knowledge, and negotiation strength to Incode’s customer contracts and product counseling across North America.
