As Senior Commercial Counsel, you will advise Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success while negotiating customer agreements. You will counsel Product and Engineering on products, features, launches, and go-to-market activities. The work covers identity, biometric, and fraud-prevention technology sold into regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer commercial agreements
- Own deals through redlines, resolution, and execution
- Advise teams on product legal and regulatory risks
- Monitor North American privacy and biometric developments
- Guide marketing communications and responsible AI governance
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor or equivalent and United States bar admission
- Seven or more years of commercial technology transactions experience
- Complex customer agreement negotiation and closing experience
- Working knowledge of North American data privacy law
- Experience serving highly regulated industry customers
