Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate support services and plans for each individual
- Liaise with families and employees for annual updates
- Facilitate ongoing training and support for staff
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with health standards
- Manage incident reports and address corrective measures
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and inclusion systems
- Leadership and mentoring experience in group settings
- Valid Ontario Class G license and First Aid certification
