Fordis, Imperial Brady Canada's redistribution division, seeks an Outside Sales Representative for the Winnipeg region. You will manage an assigned territory, grow customer portfolios, and support profitable sales growth. The work requires sales planning, pricing judgment, CRM activity, and collaboration with customers, vendors, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an assigned customer territory
- Develop customers, target accounts, and growth strategies
- Execute call plans, business reviews, and sales pipeline maintenance
- Introduce products and execute regional and national programs
- Maintain pricing, quotes, CRM records, and order management
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of business-to-business selling experience
- Post-secondary sales or marketing education, or equivalent experience
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, organizational, and planning skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency; Salesforce or CRM experience is an asset
- Valid driver's license and vehicle required; travel up to 20%
