With expertise in every facet of a commercial real estate practice, they are inundated with incoming work from a stable client base and are now actively looking to add another talented and eager associate to their team.
Compensation: $142,000 - $190,000. Both non-discretionary and discretionary bonus is available.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including but not limited to acquisitions & dispositions, property development, financing for both lenders and borrowers, and leasing matters.
Qualifications:
- Be called to the BC Bar and be in good standing.
- 3 - 5 years of post-call experience, with a large emphasis on commercial real estate experience.
- Be comfortable with a 1600 annual billable target.
- To be considered, applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada, including holding any required permits.
