Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for Windows and Mac environments
- Manage employee IT onboarding processes
- Assist with meeting room setups and videoconferencing support
- Support office networking and telephony systems
- Respond to incidents and requests using ServiceNow
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in relevant IT support areas
- Expertise in Windows, Mac, and mobile device troubleshooting
- Experience in IT asset management and procurement
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Intune
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
