Nova Hotels seeks a results-focused General Manager for its 144-unit Nova Inn Edson. You will oversee Rooms Division operations, maintenance, and extended-stay guest relations. The role partners with corporate leadership to achieve goals, streamline costs, and grow revenues. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams Track NOI, RevPAR, labor costs, and budgets Support corporate stays and local business partnerships Lead, train, and retain the local team Oversee COR, health, and environmental compliance Requirements:
Three or more years in hotel general management Senior operational leadership experience Rooms Division and property maintenance background Financial capability in forecasting and labor control Legal Canadian work status and relocation readiness Bring operational leadership, financial capability, and corporate guest relations experience to Nova Inn Edson’s hotel team.
