The HSS Digital Transformation Team is seeking a passionate, curious, and detail-oriented Salesforce Senior Developer to join our growing Information Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools.
Working closely with product owners, architects, developers, and business stakeholders, the Salesforce Senior Developer will provide technical leadership, translate business requirements into effective solutions, and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices. Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical team lead within the Salesforce development team, providing technical guidance and supporting the delivery of Salesforce solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
- Customize standard Salesforce objects and develop custom objects, fields, workflows, and process automations.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support seamless integration between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and defect resolution to maintain application performance and reliability.
- Execute deployment activities using CI/CD tools and established DevOps processes.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security requirements, and governance policies.
