This coordinator supports planning, leading, and performing tasks across major fulfilment responsibilities. You will supervise assigned processes, maintain operational standards, and help achieve goals set by the Fulfilment Operations Manager or Team Leader. The work supports product availability for IKEA customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead fulfilment activities within assigned responsibility areas
- Pick, pack, unload, load, and replenish goods and orders
- Maintain clean, organised, and safe fulfilment environments
- Ensure safety requirements and Standard Operating Procedures compliance
- Identify improvement opportunities and ensure daily routines are followed
Requirements:
- University degree and one year of related experience
- Or minimum three years of related experience
- Ability to support planning, leading, and operational tasks
- Ability to maintain safety and process compliance
