Lead startup acceleration delivery onsite in Guwahati, applying programme coordination and implementation oversight across Assam Startup – The Nest.
The Senior Programme Manager oversees the full startup journey from outreach and selection through cohort activities, investor access, Demo Day and graduation. This senior-level role supervises the programme team and coordinates with the Client, mentors, partners, investors and government bodies. It reports to the Programme Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee implementation against plans, timelines and budgets
- Coordinate outreach, applications, selection, onboarding and diagnostics
- Manage cohort mentoring, workshops and milestone tracking
- Coordinate investor engagement and market-access activities
- Prepare progress reports and outcome summaries
Requirements:
- Minimum eight years of relevant experience
- Experience in programme management, incubation or acceleration
- Experience supervising or leading a team
- Degree in a related discipline; management postgraduate degree desired
- Strong planning, reporting and stakeholder-management skills
