Deliver exceptional guest service as a Full-Time Concierge at InterContinental Toronto Centre, coordinating requests, reservations, and local information in downtown Toronto.
This Concierge position supports guests at the InterContinental Hotels & Resorts brand. You will coordinate hotel services, sporting events, restaurants, theater, transportation, tours, and other inquiries. The position also requires communication with management, departments, and third parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate guest needs, requests, and inquiries for superior service
- Provide information about hotel services, attractions, restaurants, and transportation
- Handle reservations and obtain or issue applicable tickets
- Respond promptly to guest concerns and complaints
- Maintain an orderly concierge desk and area
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year of concierge or related experience
- Fluent English; additional languages preferred
- Knowledge of the local area preferred
- Ability to lift or carry items up to 25 pounds
