As AVP, HR Services Delivery and Technology at IGM Financial Inc., you will connect HR operations, service delivery, and technology. You will translate priorities into roadmaps spanning SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow. The role influences employee experience, service quality, operational efficiency, and HR’s capacity for higher-value work. Key Responsibilities:
Implement the future HR service model with clear ownership and escalation paths Lead ServiceNow evolution, knowledge management, automation, and AI-enabled services Oversee the HR technology portfolio, delivery partners, adoption, and platform health Set service standards and use data to reduce recurring demand Lead multidisciplinary HR Services and Technology capabilities Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 12+ years’ progressive leadership experience in complex HR environments Experience with service ownership, operating models, roadmaps, governance, and risk Strong change leadership and executive influence across functions CHRP, CHRL, or equivalent designation completed or in progress Lead connected HR services, technology roadmaps, governance, and transformation for IGM Financial across three Canadian locations.
