As a Senior Specialist, you will advise PM&A departments on procedures, technical systems, and regulatory obligations. The position collaborates with business partners and senior leadership nationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate department-wide training programs for PM&A teams
- Resolve complex inquiries, escalations, and operational challenges
- Maintain accurate PM&A content on SIERRA and Adv+
- Represent PM&A in cross-functional initiatives and projects
- Oversee reports and specialty processes requiring elevated scrutiny
Requirements:
- Four to seven years in client service or business operations
- Experience across multiple platforms, product lines, and systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills
- Relevant post-secondary business degree or diploma
