This opportunity covers senior auditors, supervisors and managers alongside junior and intermediate professionals. Work includes assessing controls, testing balances, applying accounting standards and resolving client queries. Senior professionals may review audit work, coordinate engagements, manage timelines and support junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review audit work and support junior team members
- Coordinate engagements and manage audit timelines
- Assess internal controls and perform applicable control testing
- Apply IFRS, US GAAP and/or ASPE requirements
- Resolve client queries and obtain supporting documentation
Requirements:
- External audit experience from an established accounting firm
- Exposure to multiple audit sections and engagements
- Knowledge of relevant financial reporting standards
- Strong organizational, analytical and communication capabilities
- CPA, CPA Candidate, CA or equivalent designation is an asset
Use engagement leadership, audit review and control-testing experience across Toronto, Mississauga, Markham, Brampton and North York.
