As a hands-on Mobile Paid Media/Growth Manager, you will support campaigns for Boss Money and Boss Revolution. You will develop user acquisition skills through channel execution, funnel analysis, and continuous testing. The work connects media performance with app growth outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and X
- Support channel strategies targeting CPI, CPA, and ROAS
- Analyze performance from impressions through downstream conversions
- Execute creative A/B tests and monitor asset performance
- Convert performance insights into optimization actions
Requirements:
- Three or more years managing paid campaigns
- Experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or growth
- Business-to-consumer and app acquisition experience
- Hands-on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat experience
- Fluent written and spoken English
