Support Iconic Power Systems' safety systems with HSSE administration, compliance platforms, records management, and training coordination. This position supports power infrastructure projects.
Reporting to the HSSE Manager, the HSSE Administrator maintains HSSE systems, documentation, compliance platforms, onboarding, reporting, and certification requirements. The work supports electrical transmission, distribution, substation, renewable energy, and industrial power projects. Success requires organization, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain HSSE databases, systems, documents, and electronic records
- Support ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks, and SiteDocs administration
- Coordinate medical testing, onboarding, training, and safety engagement initiatives
- Compile client, monthly, annual, and internal HSSE reports
- Assist with COR and ISO certification audits
Requirements:
- ACSA National Health & Safety Administrator designation
- Active or pursuing National Construction Safety Officer designation
- Minimum two years of HSE administrative experience
- Knowledge of Alberta and Ontario OHS legislation
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
