The Document Controller maintains records and information supporting design/build projects. You will manage documentation packages, engineering nomenclature, transmittals, drawings, models, and project turnover documents. The work requires coordination with project management, design engineers, consultants, utilities, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain document control procedures and project requirements
- Log, distribute, and track internally prepared drawings
- Prepare transmittals and transfer electronic files
- Manage requests for information and distribute appropriately
- Coordinate drawing issues to protect project schedules
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma
- At least six years' document management office experience
- ProjectWise and Microsoft Office experience
- Advanced engineering terminology and documentation knowledge
- Valid driver's license
