ICON is a full-service commercial furniture partner serving organizations across Canada and the United States. We bring design, manufacturing, installation, and warranty together under one roof: one team, one contract, one point of accountability. We're BIFMA Level, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified, working with clients like Ronald McDonald House and Vantage Data Centers on everything from single-site fit-outs to multi-location national programs. We're growing and we're looking for a certified Project Manager to help ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget and without surprises.

The Role

  • As a PMP-certified Project Manager, you'll own projects from signed order through installation and close-out.
  • You'll coordinate our design team, purchasing, manufacturing partners, freight, installers, general contractors, and clients to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • You'll manage a mix of direct client projects and formal tender/bid projects, including multi-site rollouts for national accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Lead projects from sales handoff through installation and final walkthrough.
  • Build and manage schedules around manufacturing lead times and client occupancy dates.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, designers, architects, and GCs.
  • Coordinate site readiness, freight, delivery, and installation crews.
  • Manage budgets, change orders, risks, and project timelines.
  • Support tender projects with specification compliance, submittals, and documentation.
  • Manage deficiencies, punch lists, and hand-off to warranty and customer service.
  • Keep project boards in Asana accurate and up to date.
  • Help build repeatable processes for national, multi-location programs.

What You Bring

  • PMP certification (required).
  • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial furniture, interiors, construction, or fit-out.
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once, including multi-site rollouts.
  • Comfort working with GCs, construction schedules, and site coordination.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing timelines, freight, and logistics.
  • Ability to read floor plans and furniture drawings (CAD familiarity is an asset).
  • Strong communication skills with both executives and trades.
  • Experience with Asana or similar tools.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally across Canada and the U.S.; a valid passport for U.S. travel.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with public sector or tender projects.
  • Background in corporate office, hospitality, or senior living environments.
  • Knowledge of BIFMA standards or ISO quality systems.

What We Offer

  • Salary: $90,000–$110,000 CAD for a PMP-certified candidate.
  • Benefits and paid vacation & wellness days.
  • On site gym & Wellness Program.
  • A key role in a company scaling toward national accounts.
  • A lean team where your work directly shapes how we deliver.
