As a Mechanical Drafter and Designer, you will create accurate design models for custom air handling equipment. The work involves HVAC and mechanical components, project files, equipment submittals, and engineering specifications. Titan Matrix, an ICE Western division, designs HVAC systems for mission-critical data centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft mechanical drawings using intermediate-level AutoCAD skills
- Provide accurate design models for custom air handling equipment
- Manage projects from inception through final shipment
- Control submittal drawings and as-built documentation
- Prepare accurate equipment quotes, bids, and submittal data
Requirements:
- Mechanical experience with proper Canadian education
- Preferred HVAC experience, including gas and refrigeration parts
- Two years of customer support and customer service experience
- Knowledge of ASHRAE standards and engineering specifications
- Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PDF editors
