Ice River Sustainable Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist for a 14–15 month fixed-term contract.
Based in Shelburne, Ontario, you will support Canadian operations with employee relations, investigations, performance management, and compliance.
You will partner with the HR Manager to deliver services across multiple provinces, travel regularly to locations, and manage leaves, attendance, onboarding, and HRIS accuracy.
Hybrid work and plant travel are required.
