Raise is hiring an IT Project Coordinator for a client that is one of Canada's top comprehensive research universities. Independently manage multiple projects from initiation through closure, following IT PMO methodologies, governance requirements, reporting standards, and University policies. The six-month contract may be extended.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, execute, monitor, and close small IT projects
- Maintain charters, plans, schedules, reports, and closure documentation
- Coordinate technical teams, vendors, resources, and business stakeholders
- Track budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and financial reconciliation
- Prepare status reports, governance submissions, changes, and approvals
Requirements:
- Minimum three years coordinating or managing IT projects
- Experience independently managing multiple small projects concurrently
- Understanding of methodologies, governance processes, and project lifecycles
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field
