Shape digital experiences without coding or infrastructure ownership. This Digital Communications Specialist leads business and content transformation across a corporate website ecosystem. You will guide discovery, requirements, migration, testing, launch, and adoption while connecting Communications, IT, stakeholders, and agencies. The work supports governance, user experience, discoverability, and platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business activities across the full website transformation lifecycle
- Translate communications priorities into requirements, user stories, and specifications
- Oversee content structures, taxonomies, metadata, governance, and migration
- Coordinate testing, usability, accessibility, and stakeholder validation
- Develop training and change management for Sitecore adoption
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline
