Raise is currently hiring a Change Management Strategist on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client is a market leading financial institution.

The Change Management Strategist in this role will join our clients Planning, Assurance, Insights & Delivery team. In this role, you will be embedded directly within the enterprise Wealth Program—a high-visibility, multi-workstream initiative designed to unlock growth and operational capacity by modernizing Wealth’s infrastructure and client workflows. Operating as an emerging enterprise expert, you will architect and execute data-driven Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies across up to 4 major workstreams. Your primary focus will be supporting wealth management teams through large-scale transformations—including the implementation of unified portfolio management systems and the rationalization of legacy technology platforms—while keeping the client experience at the heart of every decision.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, scale, and execute comprehensive end-to-end OCM strategies tailored to program-level transformations across 4 active Wealth workstreams.
  • Align change activities across internal team member readiness and client-facing impacts to ensure seamless technology adoption and business continuity.
  • Utilize internal Change Practice framework and standardized templates to maintain consistency and rigor across all program deliverables.
  • Conduct detailed Change Impact Assessments (CIAs) to evaluate complexity, map stakeholder groups, and quantify the operational human impact of new wealth systems.
  • Establish baseline readiness metrics, monitor adoption risks, and build targeted risk mitigation plans to ensure successful go-lives and operational stability.
  • Partner closely with Wealth executive sponsors, project managers, and business leads to articulate the overarching strategic vision and business case for change.
  • Equip leaders with tailored sponsorship roadmaps, coaching plans, and communication toolkits to drive active and visible leadership throughout the transition.
  • Facilitate strategic alignment sessions across cross-functional teams, navigating complex personnel dynamics and unifying competing business priorities.
  • Perform 360-degree stakeholder management to secure buy-in across frontline advisors, operations teams, and executive leadership.
  • Develop robust transition-to-business-ownership plans with key business partners to embed new behaviors, mindsets, and workflows permanently.
  • Define and measure post-implementation adoption KPIs, feedback loops, and sustainment activities to guarantee business benefit realization.

Technical & Strategic Skills

  • Ability to connect project-level execution to broader enterprise vision while maintaining the agility to adapt OCM methodologies as business requirements evolve.
  • Skilled at breaking down complex technology implementations—such as unified portfolio management tools—into clear human impacts, operational workflow shifts, and actionable behavior changes.
  • Unwavering dedication to evaluating all internal change strategies through the lens of client experience, minimizing friction for Wealth clients.
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret readiness data, uncover root-cause friction points, and engineer novel solutions for complex organizational challenges.

Interpersonal & Leadership Skills

  • Proven ability to build trust, navigate matrixed organizational structures, and influence outcomes across all levels without direct authority.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills; adept at crafting compelling messaging tailored to diverse technical, operational, and executive audiences.
  • Advanced skills in guiding complex cross-functional workshops, actively listening to behavioral cues, resolving conflict, and fostering consensus.
  • Ability to handle constructive feedback, navigate difficult conversations in fluid environments, and pivot strategy rapidly when required.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive experience designing and executing enterprise-level Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies within complex corporate environments.
  • Direct experience delivering change programs within wealth management, portfolio management systems, investment operations, or financial advice channels is strongly preferred.
  • Proven background leading change activities for multi-workstream, large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
  • Practical expertise with core OCM deliverables (impact analysis, sponsor plans, readiness scorecards, sustainment plans).

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Communications, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Adult Education, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Equivalent recognized methodology certification.
