PPI Management Inc. supports independent advisors. This Director, Business Development role focuses on increasing production and promoting sales within the Mass Market regional plan. You will understand advisor objectives, strengthen partnerships, manage case and practice needs, and connect advisors with PPI tools, education, and resources. Collaboration with High Net Worth, Wealth, and Strategic Relationships sales teams is central to the work. The position also includes compliance documentation, training, recruitment, and industry engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Understand advisor businesses through Business Plans and KYA Develop relationships supporting case work and practice management Connect advisors with PPI tools and education Attract selected advisors to PPI as their MGA Support PPI’s ESG commitments through aligned actions Requirements:
Eight or more years of industry experience Previous insurance sales experience is an asset Understanding of PPI tools and resources Knowledge of the High Net Worth market Organized, adaptable, and responsive to advisor needs Bring insurance sales knowledge, business planning, and advisor support skills to PPI’s Eastern Ontario and Gatineau territory.
