  • Orchestrate the end-to-end value stream to increase delivery efficiency and predictability.
  • Facilitate scaled alignment activities, including PI Planning sessions, Scrum of Scrums, PO Syncs, and System Demos.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies, anticipate obstacles, and implement solutions that promote smooth execution.
  • Lead governance forums and provide clear visibility into capacity, risks, timelines, and delivery progress.
  • Oversee integrated planning of resources, budgets, and schedules in a context of evolving priorities.
  • Develop and manage performance metrics to improve the predictability, quality, and effectiveness of delivery flows.
  • Support teams and leaders in adopting Lean-Agile practices, risk management, and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage data, Azure DevOps, and artificial intelligence tools to optimize delivery practices and accelerate value creation.

What could accelerate your success in this role

  • Is recognized for their ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and engage stakeholders around shared objectives.
  • Stands out through influential leadership, collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in complex matrix environments.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities and effectively leverages performance metrics to improve delivery predictability and efficiency.
  • Is known for proactively identifying risks, managing dependencies, and enabling informed decision-making.
  • Has more than 10 years of experience in project management and the delivery of complex IT solutions, including at least 3 years in a Release Train Engineer (RTE) role or a similar scaled agile coordination role.
  • Possesses significant experience in large-scale agile or hybrid environments (SAFe, scaled Kanban, Lean Portfolio Management, or multi-team coordination).
  • Holds a PMP, SAFe, RTE, or equivalent certification.
  • Has a strong understanding of information technology, Azure DevOps, and performance measurement and visualization tools.
  • Demonstrates a strong interest in artificial intelligence and its application to improving delivery practices, along with a commitment to continuously evolving ways of working.
