Are you driven by technological innovation and eager to contribute to the purpose of a company that aims to help its clients feel confident and secure about their future? As a Product Manager, Salesforce Hub, you will play a key role in supporting business units in understanding and documenting their needs, exploring Salesforce capabilities, and structuring opportunities that can generate value for the organization. This position is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and fully realize your potential within a caring and trustworthy company. Here, people and their development are at the heart of our priorities, fostering an environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. What you’ll accomplish with us

Structure, maintain, and prioritize the backlog of Salesforce opportunities, initiatives, and requests based on business value, strategic alignment, and required effort. Support business units in exploring solutions through demonstrations, proofs of concept (PoCs), proofs of value (PoVs), and discovery workshops to validate the relevance and business value of proposed initiatives. Assess potential benefits, impacts, feasibility, and conditions for success before investments are made, while establishing a structured framework for innovation, experimentation, and validation. Develop and maintain in-depth expertise in Salesforce products, licenses, contractual agreements, and available services to optimize investments, identify opportunities for reuse, and leverage existing capabilities and product updates. Track the value generated by Salesforce products, their adoption, and their contribution to business objectives, while continuously monitoring the Salesforce ecosystem and promoting best practices. Collaborate with IT teams, architects, Salesforce experts, external partners, and business units to translate business needs into concrete solutions and strengthen Salesforce knowledge and capabilities across the organization.
