As a Compliance Analyst, you will support Industrial Alliance Investment Management Inc.'s compliance program. The work develops knowledge of investments, regulations, and risk management. You will prepare reports, test controls, monitor conflicts, and support Investment Compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders and regulatory authorities
- Process employee registration filings with regulatory authorities
- Monitor personal trading, outside activities, gifts, and entertainment
- Document control testing, identify gaps, and follow corrective measures
- Update policies, review materials, and support compliance training
Requirements:
- University degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, law, or related field
