As Project Manager, Artificial Intelligence & Data, you will oversee complex strategic initiatives with significant organizational impact. The work combines traditional and agile methodologies, advanced analytics, and data management. You will coordinate parallel iterative deliveries while supporting multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic projects involving multiple teams and business and IT workstreams Establish governance, clarify decisions, and facilitate steering committees Plan resources, costs, schedules, capacity, and critical dependencies Coordinate iterative deliveries and manage risks, issues, and dependencies Produce data-driven reports using ADO, LeanKit/Planview AgilePlace, and Power BI Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field More than eight years of project management experience Experience with scaled agile or hybrid environments and multi-team coordination Proficiency with planning, tracking, and performance visualization tools Excellent spoken and written French proficiency Bring strategic project leadership, artificial intelligence curiosity, governance expertise, and data-driven delivery management to iA Financial Group.
