Drive insurance sales across Eastern Ontario and Gatineau through advisor relationships, practice management, and clear business development leadership at PPI. As Director, Business Development, you will grow Mass Market production and promote sales across your territory. You will manage key advisor relationships, support aligned advisors with sales cases and practice management, and connect them with PPI resources. Collaboration spans High Net Worth, Wealth, and Strategic Relationships sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase sales among primary aligned advisors
- Complete Business Plans and KYA assessments
- Provide education and training for key advisors
- Maintain advisor Recruitment and Activity Trackers
- Promote PPI at industry events and attract selected advisors
Requirements:
- Eight or more years of industry experience
- Deep family and business insurance landscape knowledge
- Clear understanding of PPI tools and resources
- Life license with CFP or CLU designation, or progress toward one
- Strong communication, organization, and adaptability
- Bring insurance knowledge, advisor relationship management, and sales development expertise to PPI’s Eastern Ontario and Gatineau business.
