Shape trusted investment data products with iA Global Asset Management, combining financial concepts, Python development, and scalable analytics. This Associate Director supports investment teams through the complete product lifecycle, from design and development through deployment and monitoring. You will create reusable analytical data products, visualizations, and applications while modernizing existing workflows. The work requires strong quantitative understanding and close partnership with portfolio managers, performance, and risk teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate investment workflows into maintainable technical designs
- Develop tested financial calculations and time-series processing in Python
- Create visualizations and analytical applications with Power BI or Streamlit
- Establish data definitions, ownership, quality expectations, and modelling standards
- Support adoption and continuous improvement of delivered products
Requirements:
- Eight or more years in financial data, analytics, or quantitative engineering
- Experience working with investment, financial, risk, or complex analytical data
- Strong quantitative concepts and time-series data understanding
- Experience with dbt or comparable analytics-engineering frameworks
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
