Deliver workplace services in Montréal through request management and document control. This on-site position supports safe, functional work environments from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
As a Workplace Services Technician, you will coordinate service requests and operational activities for the Montréal office. You will serve employees, visitors, partners, and vendors while managing physical and digital documents. Microsoft 365, service management technologies, and bilingual communication support daily coordination and reliable information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workplace services requests from receipt through completion
- Coordinate site operations and follow up with partners
- Provide professional service to employees, visitors, and vendors
- Process, classify, scan, archive, and control documents
- Coordinate workspaces, meeting rooms, and event setups
Requirements:
- College diploma in administration, documentation, information management, or related field
- Relevant customer service, administrative, or request management experience
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and service management technologies
- French and English fluency, including advanced English proficiency
