Location / Pickup Yard: Mississauga, ON (Erin Mills area)
Position: AZ Driver (Manual Transmission)
Route: Local & USA Daily Runs (New York & New Jersey)
Pay Rate: $25.00 – $26.00 / hour
Employment Type: Direct Hire / Client Payroll
Urgency: Immediate Opening
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensing: Valid AZ Driver's License.
- Transmission Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of verified experience operating manual transmission trucks.
- Cross-Border Eligibility: Valid passport/FAST card and clean driving record (Abstract/CVOR) eligible for daily cross-border runs into New York and New Jersey.
- Availability: Ready for immediate onboarding and daily routes starting out of the Mississauga yard.
Internal Recruitment & Billing Brief
- Hiring Model: Direct Placement (Candidate transitions directly to client payroll upon hiring).
- Billing / Placement Fee: $5.00/hr + HST charged to client for the first 1,200 hours worked.
- Primary Objective: Urgent recruitment push—source, screen, and present qualified manual-experienced AZ drivers immediately.
