The role follows a hybrid model, with three office days weekly. As Communications Manager, you will develop communications roadmaps, create digital content, and simplify technical innovations. You will collaborate with leadership, HR, PR, Government Affairs, and cross-functional teams. Your work supports announcements, brand messaging, employee communications, events, and community partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Hypertec’s corporate communications calendar and roadmap Write executive messages, newsletters, blogs, websites, and social content Translate technical innovations into clear business-focused stories Coordinate event campaigns, materials, recaps, and follow-ups Monitor engagement, feedback, and communications performance Requirements:
Three to five years’ corporate communications or related experience Degree or diploma in communications, public relations, journalism, or marketing Excellent bilingual English and French writing and editing skills Strong storytelling and technical information simplification abilities Experience with digital platforms, social media, and corporate campaigns Bring bilingual communications expertise, technical storytelling, and project coordination skills to Hypertec’s Montreal Marketing team.
