Lead and inspire a landscape maintenance crew while performing detailed tasks like mowing, pruning, weeding, and edging. This role suits a motivated, experienced professional who thrives outdoors, values quality, and excels in organization, teamwork, and equipment operation.
What you'll do
You'll run a crew on residential, strata, and commercial properties, keep sites tidy, and hold the work to Hyland's standard. That includes planning the day, operating equipment, and coaching people on the details that make a property look looked-after.
Who this is for
Someone who already knows landscape maintenance, is comfortable leading people outdoors, and cares about leaving every property better than they found it.
