Lead Security and Infrastructure portfolio planning in Toronto for Hydro One, coordinating roadmaps, funding alignment, and delivery oversight across technology initiatives.
As Business Solutions Manager, you will support portfolio governance and delivery with Security and Infrastructure leaders, project managers, technical teams, Finance, and stakeholders. The work translates strategic, operational, regulatory, and technology priorities into coordinated programs and delivery plans. You will develop insights for prioritization, sequencing, investment planning, and management decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain integrated portfolio roadmaps and delivery plans
- Monitor milestones, risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies
- Support demand, prioritization, resource, and capacity planning
- Align initiatives with approved funding and business strategies
- Escalate concerns and support corrective actions when required
Requirements:
- Experience advising business groups on technology planning and delivery
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solution requirements
- Knowledge of investment prioritization and business case development
- Ability to coordinate stakeholders and document requirements
- Understanding of technology standards, methodologies, and architectures
