The Revenue Manager develops competitive, data-driven strategies for hotel performance.
Responsibilities include revenue optimization, business intelligence, reporting, and system coordination.
The position supports direct, third-party, and corporate booking channels while collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data supporting competitive revenue strategies and decisions
- Coordinate pricing recommendations across multiple booking channels
- Monitor OTAs, brand. com, and GDS performance
- Create Rev PAR, ADR, occupancy reports and forecasts
- Present insights during weekly strategy meetings
Requirements
- One year of hotel revenue management experience preferred
- Hotel rooms division operations experience is an asset
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Microsoft Excel and Power Point proficiency required
- Familiarity with Opera Cloud and IDea S G3 RMS preferred
