Bolton-based IT Internal Auditor specializing in SOX, IT controls, and risk-based audits supports Husky Technologies across a global organization.
This IT Internal Auditor executes audits and consulting engagements within the Internal Audit Department. The position evaluates internal controls, financial processes, technology risks, and enterprise risk management. It also supports the annual audit plan, remediation testing, and compliance requirements across GPGI, Inc. and affiliated companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute risk-based audits across technology, operational, financial, and compliance processes
- Test ITGCs, ITACs, IUCs, and automated controls
- Prepare audit programs, methodologies, working papers, and reports
- Document findings, assess root causes, and recommend practical improvements
- Perform SOX testing and validate remediation activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related discipline
- Three to seven years of relevant audit or risk experience
- Knowledge of SOX, COSO, and internal control frameworks
- Experience testing IT controls and supporting remediation follow-up
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills
